Plain-language terms for playing on OzRO. Last updated 9 July 2026.

The basics

OzRO is a free, fan-run Ragnarok Online server operated as a hobby. By creating an account or playing here you agree to these terms and to the server rules.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. One person may own multiple accounts, but every account is your responsibility: keep your password private and do not share accounts.

The server rules page is part of these terms. Cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, real-money trading, and harassment can result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion.
Staff decisions are final, though honest appeals on Discord are always heard.

Donations support server hosting costs. As a thank-you they grant Credits or Cash Points that unlock cosmetic and convenience items in game.
Everything on your account, including characters, items, zeny, Credits, and Cash Points, is virtual, has no real-world monetary value, and remains part of the game service. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged for cash, or sold to other players for real money.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a donation does not arrive as Credits, contact us on Discord and we will make it right.

This is a hobby project run in our spare time. We aim for high uptime but cannot promise uninterrupted service, and maintenance is normally scheduled in quiet hours.
Game balance, rates, items, and features may change over time. In the unlikely event the server must close permanently, we will give as much notice as we can on Discord and the website.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzRO staff are not liable for lost items, characters, playtime, donations, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the server.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced on Discord. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
