Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what the game needs, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. Last updated 9 July 2026.

What we collect

Account details: your username, email address, gender flag, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Connection data: the IP address and times of your logins, kept in server logs for security and anti-abuse.
Gameplay records: standard server logs such as item movements, trades, chat commands, and vote history. These exist to run the game and investigate abuse or scam reports.
Support records: if you donate, we record the Credits granted to your account. Payment details (cards, wallets) are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.

To run your account: logging in, saving characters, delivering vote rewards and Credits.
To send transactional email only: password resets and important account notices, delivered through Resend. We do not send marketing email and we never sell or rent your address.
To keep the game fair: investigating cheating, scams, and connection abuse.

Resend delivers our account emails. Cloudflare hosts our downloads and encrypted database backups in a private bucket. Vote sites (such as GTOP100) confirm your vote to us but only see what you give them directly.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with anyone else, and we have no ads or analytics trackers.

Account data stays for as long as your account exists. Detailed item logs are pruned after 45 days. Database backups are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
If you want your account and personal data deleted, ask us on Discord and we will remove it. Some minimal records may be retained where needed to prevent ban evasion or resolve donation disputes.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct your email address from your account page, or request deletion of your account.
OzRO is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you believe a child younger than that has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
